Stalls and Charities - Rate card
Rates are as follows :

Charity Non-Food
If selling items to raise funds for a charity, then a nominal charge of £80/£40 applies. Proof of charity registration no. is required. Also a receipt from the charity for the donated amount will be required after the event. If not selling anything, i.e. passing out information only, then a small donation would be appreciated.
Services
Typically Mendhi/Henna, Face Painting, Hair Beading etc.
A charge of £125/£90 applies for service stalls. Vendors are expected not to make unreasonable charges, hence the reason for the reduced pitch fee. Price boards must be displayed.
Merchandise
Typically Toys, clothing, jewellery etc.
A set price of £200/£140 per stall to be charged for any non-food products.
Food (standard pitch)
Vegetarian or Non-Vegetarian
Charges as per ratecard. It is suggested each stall sells different varieties of food, with a maximum of 2 items per stall. If sufficient vendors not found, then more types of food per stall will be permitted for sale.
Food (large/commercial pitch)
Vegetarian or Non-Vegetarian
Charges as per ratecard. Any food type allowed as long as varieties do not clash with other stall holders.
